The verdict: a divorce in which the indubitably evidenced immoral behaviour of the husband are redeemed as reciprocal wrongs for the reason that the wife: "practises extreme religion" (the wife is a practising catholic who took part in the choral society of her church regularly).

That beats everything doesn’t it? Especially as these judges and auxiliaries of justice seem to have forgotten that human rights are enshrined in our land and they cannot favor this kind of a husband without letting speculation soar about networks and secret societies of anti-religious brotherhoods.

It has to be pointed out also that, contrary to the custom and practice of French justice, the maiden name of Mrs BOUTTER was used in the judgement of November 25, 2004; Could the use of the name of Linda DEVIS in place of Constanza BOUTTER be interpreted as a certain resolve on the part of the judge to somehow protect the husband, himself a senior official?
Of note also in this episode is the very odd behavior of auxiliaries of justice, the lawyers and other very expensive professionals, who would seem to seek to benefit from a person in a situation of weakness and who moreover might not have a perfect grasp of the subtleties of the French legal language (it should be added that Mrs Constanza BOUTTER has been French for several years and is of Colombian
origin).
To the readers, to the magistrates and lawyers involved - is this
over?
My name is Constanza BOUTTER, single mother with two children by my husband, and I need your help to ensure that magistrates and lawyers respect human rights law.
My husband, who committed adultery since 2001 and up till the moment he left the house in April 2004, abused me in private and in public, subjecting me to much humiliation (please find supporting documents below).
My husband totally deceived me right up to the point when he changed our joint bank account type from “Mister or Madam” to “Mister and Madame", in order to leave me without access to funds, with the bank cutting off my bank card and deposit book by responding to his unilateral application, which the Thionville branch of BNP Paribas illegally accepted since the account was in our both names.

Since 1 September 2003 my husband gave me, for the children and me, only the same food he bought for himself, without any other BASIC needs, plus €5 per day, while he was collecting a salary of 7.600 euros per month plus expenses and benefits, due to his senior official position only 2.000 euros of which are taxed (he now collects 9.800 euros, according to his own declaration).
Let’s not forget that my husband collects a family supplement from his employer that according to decree is reserved for parents having charge of the children. However since November 2004 I have been alone with my children and this amount which comes to more than 50.000 euros was kept by my husband, who might have forget to notify this change of situation to his employer.
